What you’ll bring
- 4+ years’ experience in technical, desktop or client support
- Strong experience supporting senior executives or investment professionals
- Financial services/investment industry experience
- Expertise across desktop, mobile, collaboration and conferencing technologies
- Exposure to PowerShell
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for technology
