Leading Kitsch's EU expansion, the full-time International Account Manager will manage retail launch execution, ensure compliance with EU regulations, and build relationships with retail buyers remotely during EU business hours. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of the EU retail launch, including compliance documentation and logistics coordination Ensure all products meet EU Cosmetics Regulation requirements and manage the compliance calendar to meet launch timelines Build and maintain relationships with EU retail teams to drive revenue growth and track retail sell-through data Required qualifications Prior experience with major EU retailers as a retail buyer contact or vendor-side account manager Demonstrable knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and haircare-specific compliance requirements Ability to operate during CET/CEST business hours Strong retail commercial acumen and proven ability to build buyer relationships Analytically rigorous with experience in sell-through data and retail performance reporting
