ETL Test Lead

Required Skills / Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 7+ years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role in ETL testing and data testing within the banking and financial domain
3. Expertise in testing ETL processes, data quality, data migration, and data integrity verification
4. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies specific to ETL and data testing
5. Strong understanding of SQL, database systems, and data warehousing concepts
6. Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for data-centric projects
7. Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management
8. Familiarity with ALM tools for test planning and execution
9. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
10. Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Preferred: Certifications in ETL testing or related domains, knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and finance
