Job Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Matillion ETL/data integration platforms
• Strong understanding of Energy & Utility domain data models , including asset management, meter data, billing, and customer information systems
• Design and implement scalable data migration solutions using Matillion ETL tools
• Analyze and map complex data structures from legacy systems to target platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to validate data models and transformation logic
• Experience with data migration projects , including source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and validation
• Proficiency in SQL , JSON/XML , and scripting for automation and data manipulation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data lakes
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Document migration strategies, technical specifications, and post-migration validation plans
