ETL Developer (Informatica/Talend)Location: Elk Grove, CAMust have:9-10 years of IT3-5 years' of experience in Talend Components (database, file, API, OS system calls, etc), context management, deployment, performance tuning and administration (setting up projects, using admin-console to configure jobs, etc.) to help build end to end ETL connection from client sources, staging data lake to solution DB/serverExperience with different project development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall Model, agile/scrum to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogsPerforms root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problem and manages the resolution of complex problemsEnsure delivery of change management activities supporting production deployments to Developers, Quality Control Analysts, and Environment Management personnelProficient in all aspects of Data profilingStrong documentation & strong coordination skillsExcellent problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skillsShould have understanding of data warehousing conceptsShould be able to troubleshoot API integration codeShould be familiar with Github and other source control toolsKnowledge in cloud technologies preferably SnowflakeExperience with Agile MethodologyStrong experience in advanced SQL programmingMinimum data modeling experience
