Responsibilities

• Understand design, work with designer and architect, and plan ETL development using Informatica DEI/BDM toolset
• Assist in completing design deliverables
• Perform ETL development using Informatica DEI/BDM, create code base, complete unit testing and capture unit test results
• At times perform independent testing
• Provide testing support for defect triage and resolution across SIT and UAT phases
• Create production deployment plan, scheduling sheets and get change approval from required stakeholders
• Support production deployment and coordinate with production support and infrastructure teams
• Provide warranty support and investigate production ETL issues and fix them
• Implement performance tuning using Informatica DEI/BDM toolset
• Strong knowledge on Hive
• Strong Unix and SQL knowledge
• GitLab and CI/CD knowledge
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work in onshore/offshore model
• Additional advantage: exposure to Talend, Snowflake or Ab Initio
