ETL DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced ETL Developer/Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, ETL development, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, optimizing data architectures, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives in a cloud-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelinesBuild and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architecturesDevelop data integration and transformation solutions using AWS servicesCreate and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring processesOptimize database performance and troubleshoot data processing issuesWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirementsImplement secure and compliant data management practicesSupport CI/CD, deployment automation, and workflow orchestrationPrepare technical documentation and mentor junior team membersRequired Skills5+ years of ETL/Data Engineering experienceStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQLExperience with AWS services: AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, RDS, Athena, DocumentDB, Lake Formation, Step Functions, MWAAExperience with Apache Spark or distributed computing frameworksStrong understanding of data warehousing and relational databasesExperience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB/OpenSearch/DocumentDBExperience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing enterprise-scale data architecturesHealthcare or public sector experience is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsExperience mentoring junior engineersEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
