To support the Global Strategic Accounts Team, the full-time remote Estimator Specialist will manage pricing for services, review specifications, solicit quotes, and create detailed proposals while collaborating with operations and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Review specifications and control schematics to prepare accurate estimates Solicit and follow up on pricing from subcontractors and equipment suppliers Create detailed scope letters and proposals, ensuring clear documentation Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls Valid Driver's License Experience with estimating software and sales tools, such as CRM Ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions
