- Estimating experience. Mie trak pro a plus (willing to train the right person).
- Ability to quote complex assemblies, frames, etc.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must have good communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter.
- Shop experience preferred
