n- n Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for multifamily construction projectsn
- n Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentsn
- n Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimatesn
- n Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricingn
- n Identify scope gaps, inconsistencies, and potential cost risksn
- n Develop competitive bids while maintaining project profitabilityn
- n Collaborate with Project Managers and preconstruction teams throughout the estimating processn
- n Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendorsn
- n Participate in bid reviews and turnover meetingsn
- n Assist with value engineering and cost-saving opportunitiesn
- n Track market pricing and maintain up-to-date estimating informationn

- n Strong understanding of wood-frame multifamily constructionn
- n Experience with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, and bid analysisn
- n Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsn
- n Strong communication and organizational skillsn
- n Proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Officen
- n Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneouslyn
