What You'll Do

What You Bring
- 3+ years of estimating experience in sitework or utilities
- Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and underground utilities
- Proven ability to manage bids independently
- Experience with B2W, Agtek, or similar tools preferred
- High level of ownership and direct visibility with leadership
- Strong project backlog with steady growth
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with long-term stability
