Estimator/Project Manager

A growing steel subcontractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in structural steel and miscellaneous metals to manage projects from estimating through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive bids.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Manage projects from award through fabrication, erection, and closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, fabricators, and field teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and overall project performance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in structural steel estimating and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, or estimating software is a plus.
