Rachel Contracting is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support heavy civil and specialty construction projects across the Midwest. In this role, you will develop detailed estimates for demolition, earthwork, utilities, and environmental remediation work, lead bids and proposals, and manage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work closely with field teams to plan work, track costs and production, process change orders, and maintain schedules while upholding Rachel’s safety-first, collaborative culture.
