Grassbaugh LLC is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support our heavy civil and bridge construction operations. This role bridges the office and the field: you'll price and pursue public-sector work — ODOT, LPA, county, and municipal bridge and roadway projects — and then carry awarded projects through to completion. You'll work directly with ownership and field crews across every phase of a job, from bid to clos

• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate, competitive bids for ODOT, LPA, county, and mun

• Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, drainage, concrete, structures, and

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes; build bid packages and co

• Serve as day-to-day project lead on awarded jobs, from notice-to-pro

• Coordinate with ODOT, county engineers, municipal inspectors, and other project owners on

progress, submttals, and RFIs
• Manage shop drawing submittals and coordinate approvals wi

th engineering frms and agencies
• Manage material deliv

• Track project costs against budget; monitor

• Direct field crews and subcontractors on sequencing, means and

• Proficiency with estimating and
