Piping Estimator | Direct Hire | $100K-$120K + Relocation Assistance
We're partnering with a growing contractor to hire a Piping Estimator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial piping projects, reviewing bid documents, performing takeoffs, coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and developing complete bid packages.
What we're looking for:
- Experience estimating process piping construction projects
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Strong takeoff and cost analysis skills
- Experience with QuickPen or similar estimating software preferred
- Knowledge of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costing
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
Relocation: Assistance considered for highly qualified candidates
