NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Estimator for a project in Phoenix, Arizona. PAY: $75k + HOURS: 40 hours/week START DATE: ASAP DURATION: Direct Hire SCOPE:
- Read plans and specs
- Provide accurate quotes for LP and Grounding Systems
- Enter takeoff in Excel spreadsheet
- Enter information into QuickBooks
- Layout system in Bluebeam
- Communicate with customers
- Miscellaneous filing and data entry
- Other duties may be assigned.
Strong organization, planning and analytical skills and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Word. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks. Ability to pass a background check and drug & alcohol test. Ability to work well with others, as well as individually.
