Estimator — Marine, Civil & Rail Construction

Russell Marine LLC is seeking an Estimator to prepare proposals and cost estimates for construction projects in marine, heavy civil, and railroad sectors. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with a bid team, and preparing detailed cost evaluations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, three years of experience in construction estimating, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Heavy Bid and other estimating tools is preferred. This position may involve long hours, weekends, and potential travel.
