R.T. Moore Co., Inc., a family-owned mechanical contractor, is seeking an Estimator to support plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical construction projects. In this role, you will review plans and specifications, perform material and labor takeoffs, and prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for residential, multi-family, and commercial work.
You’ll partner closely with project managers, field leaders, and vendors to validate scopes, analyze subcontractor quotes, and track pricing. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with estimating and Excel, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
