Responsible for managing the bid process and estimating services for projects, the full-time remote Estimator - Georgia Licensed will prepare and submit bids, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and contract standards. Key responsibilities Prepares and submits bids while ensuring overall bid ownership, including safety, cost, and contract terms Attends pre-construction meetings and consults with Project Managers and Superintendents as necessary Maintains positive relationships with the sales team, Branch leadership, and General Contractors throughout the bidding process Required qualifications Two years of college or trade school in a construction-related field; a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred Minimum of five years of experience in construction, preferably as an estimator or project manager Ability to read, interpret, and accurately take off construction drawings Advanced skills in mathematics and exceptional analytical abilities Experience with insulation estimating software, specifically MIKE by Computability
