This is a great fit for someone who can hit the ground running, run their own takeoffs, and manage a solid bid pipeline without a lot of hand-holding. Commercial coatings background is the target, but a candidate coming from residential with the right skills will be considered.
Estimator Responsibilities - Produce detailed cost estimates for painting and coatings projects based on plans, specs, and site conditions - Perform accurate takeoffs independently from construction documents and blueprints - Conduct site visits as needed, typically a few times per month, to assess scope and conditions - Stay engaged with active projects to identify additional service opportunities and support
