Job Description
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Analyze project risks and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Participate in bid preparation and submission processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
- Track project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all project estimates.

The Successful Applicant
- Estimating experience with Office, Senior Living, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Education, Retail, or Industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
