In this role, you will analyze drawings, specifications, and project scopes to build budgets, bids, and proposals that support complex technical and infrastructure projects. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and recruiting teams, evaluate vendor quotes, identify cost risks and value-engineering opportunities, and maintain cost databases.
