You’ll oversee and mentor a team of 4–5 estimators, foster open and respectful dialogue with Project Executives and operations leaders, and ensure estimates reflect sound strategy, financial accountability, and realworld execution. This is a handson leadership role for someone who enjoys asking the right questions, respectfully challenging assumptions, and helping teams deliver successful projects together—while shaping meaningful infrastructure that supports a more sustainable future.The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,200 annually.
