Role Description The Esthetician role at Pure Sugar Brazilian Wax is a full-time, on-site position located in Charlotte, NC. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing professional hair removal services, especially Brazilian waxing, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The Esthetician will conduct skin assessments, provide pre- and post-wax care guidance, and recommend appropriate products and services. This role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, ensuring a clean and organized treatment area, and delivering a comfortable, positive service experience. Estheticians are also expected to support sales of retail products, promote studio services, and collaborate with the team to uphold studio standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Hair Removal, with a focus on Brazilian waxing and related waxing techniques.
• Background in Cosmetology or Esthetics, with appropriate licensure or certification as required by North Carolina.
• Strong knowledge of Skin Care, including pre- and post-wax care and basic skin health principles.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a comfortable experience and build client loyalty.
• Sales and product recommendation skills to support retail and service revenue.
• Ability to maintain strict hygiene standards, follow safety protocols, and keep treatment spaces clean and organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach to all clients and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in a waxing studio, spa, or salon setting is preferred but not required.
