This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with 10+ years of experience handling complex estate, trust, and inheritance litigation.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and bring a demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters. While a portable book of business is highly preferred, we are equally interested in attorneys with a strong reputation, deep experience, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a sophisticated litigation practice.

Requirements
- Education : Earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensure : Maintains active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing.
- Experience : Brings extensive civil trial litigation experience focused on complex trusts and estates disputes.
- Client Service & Relationship Building : Demonstrates a strong commitment to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial environment while building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, investigators, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Communication & Collaboration : Communicates complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both writing and oral advocacy, with skill in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents and collaborating effectively with others.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving : Applies sound judgment, initiative, and reliability to anticipate legal challenges, manage discovery, and develop effective trial strategies.
- Business Development & Initiative : Engages intentionally in business development by cultivating referral relationships, deepening client engagements, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice and the firm.
