A growing law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join its Raleigh team and work closely with a managing partner. This is a highly client-facing role where you'll build meaningful relationships, help families plan for their futures, and keep important details moving behind the scenes. You'll join a collaborative team that values compassionate service, takes pride in its work, and welcomes ideas for making things better.

  • A warm, professional communication style and a genuine interest in helping clients.
  • Confidence learning software and managing electronic documents accurately.
  • Comfort following established systems while working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • The confidence to ask questions and secure the guidance needed from a busy attorney.
  • A current North Carolina notary commission or willingness and eligibility to obtain one. The firm covers training, licensing, and supplies, with training completed during a workday.

Preferred: Estate planning or trust experience, a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, and familiarity with Clio or NetDocuments.

Why join?

You'll work closely with a managing partner who is helping drive the firm's growth, supported by established systems and a collaborative team. The culture centers on showing clients how much you care and continually improving how the work gets done.
