Estate Planning Attorney

Seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join a well-established law firm serving closely held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on estate planning, tax planning, and business succession strategies while drafting sophisticated legal documents and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
  • Advise business owners and individuals on estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Develop and implement business succession and legacy planning solutions.
  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related business planning documents.
  • Prepare partnership, shareholder, and related business agreements.
  • Stay current on changes in federal and state tax laws to ensure clients receive the most effective and compliant legal guidance.
  • Build trusted client relationships by delivering practical, customized legal solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with the State Bar.
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in estate planning, taxation, business planning, or a related practice area.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
