We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The practice centers around the transactional needs of privately held businesses and real estate enterprises, including their associated estate and tax planning matters. Our attorneys frequently serve as trusted outside counsel to business owners, providing ongoing advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and tailoring estate and tax planning strategies accordingly.
- Draft a wide range of estate planning documents and handle related matters with precision and care.
- Manage probate and trust administration cases independently and effectively.
- (Preferred) Provide support in probate and trust litigation when applicable.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant legal experience, specifically in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Strong client-facing skills with a focus on communication, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
- Background or experience in probate/trust litigation is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and superior analytical and writing skills are required.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($145,000 - $200,000)
