SE&TC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Depot Lead for the ESSM program, to lead day‑to‑day operations within our repair, overhaul, and recertification depot. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all depot activities, ensuring on time delivery, quality compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The Depot Lead will collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support contractual requirements and customer commitments.
What You Will Do:
* Manage, report, and consolidate various data points to track trends that inform leadership of Sustainment activity
* Develop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverables
* Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and driving process improvements
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance depot productivity and reduce cycle time
* Serve as Cost
