ESRI Utility Network ConsultantLocation: Houston, TX ContractWe are seeking an experienced ESRI Utility Network Consultant with strong expertise in Fiber Telecommunications domain to support the design, implementation, migration, and maintenance of GIS-based utility network solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ESRI Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise, fiber network data modeling, and telecom infrastructure workflows.The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, network engineers, GIS analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable geospatial solutions for telecom fiber planning, design, inventory, and asset management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement ESRI Utility Network solutions for fiber telecommunications networks.Develop and maintain telecom GIS data models including fiber cables, splice closures, ducts, conduits, poles, and network equipment.Support migration from geometric network to Utility Network architecture.Perform fiber connectivity modeling, tracing, and network validation.Integrate GIS systems with OSS/BSS, inventory management, and asset management platforms.Develop geospatial workflows for fiber planning, as-built documentation, and network operations.Create and maintain maps, dashboards, and reporting solutions for telecom operations.Troubleshoot Utility Network issues and optimize system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with telecom standards.
