Esports Coach/Sponsor
Beatrice High School is seeking a motivated and student-centered individual to serve as the Esports Coach/Sponsor. This position is responsible for leading and supporting a team of student gamers in organized competitive play while fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment. This individual will develop practice plans, guide students in game strategy, communication and teamwork, and coordinate participation in competitions. This role also emphasizes academic accountability, character development, and responsible gaming habits, ensuring students grow both personally and competitively.
