ESD Program ManagerThe ESD Program Manager Manufacturing Quality is responsible for providing overall leadership in executing the Business wide Electro Static Discharge Management System within 9 manufacturing sites. The position works closely with product line management and cross-functional teams—including Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality—to address and reduce the Cost of Quality and enhance product profitability. The leader will drive operational excellence by promoting a high-performance quality culture.Location: USA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create PossibilitiesMaintain and improve the company ESD control ProgramEnsure compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 StandardsConduct Factory audits and workstation evaluationsInvestigating ESD/EOS-related product failuresDevelop Corrective and preventive actionsTrain manufacturing associates on ESD best practicesManage grounding, ionization, packaging and material controlsAnalyze trends and recommend process improvementsWhat You'll Bring to Our TeamMinimum Qualifications:BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.5 +years of ESD experience in Manufacturing or electronicsPreferred Qualifications:Deep knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20Experience with ESD testing equipment and auditingStrong root cause analysis and problem-solving skillsExtensive operations/manufacturing quality experienceKnowledge of Appliances manufacturing processesHigh initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player.Technical degree or equivalent experience in high volume manufacturing environmentWorking Conditions:Travel to other manufacturing locations as needed (15-25%)Our CultureOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
