nDay to Day Responsibilities:
n• Manage residential escrow transactions from opening through closing, ensuring all milestones, documentation, funding requirements, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
n• Review contracts, escrow instructions, title reports, and loan documentation to verify compliance and transaction readiness.
n• Coordinate buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, title personnel, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process.
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, and other referral partners.
n• Identify and resolve title, funding, documentation, or closing issues to prevent delays and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
n• Generate new escrow opportunities through networking, relationship-building, client engagement, and exceptional customer service.
n• Support and mentor escrow assistants by delegating work, answering questions, auditing files, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
n• Deliver a positive closing experience while consistently contributing to escrow volume growth, client retention, and revenue goals.

n• What you'll do:
n○ You are the key to home ownership. As an escrow officer, you’re the human link between our process and people. You’re there at the beginning, reviewing contracts and following instructions. You’re there in the middle, ensuring that all the associated paperwork is completed efficiently and accurately. You’re working with agents and their clients to keep the process moving forward, verifying that titles are clean, taxes are paid, and loans are funded. Finally, you’re there at the end, to assure that no funds or property will change hands until all terms have been carried to completion.

nSkills and Requirements
nQualifications:
n• High school diploma or equivalent; take continuing education courses as required.
n• At least 2-3 years of escrow experience, both front- and back-end experience.
n○ Open to looking at more experienced candidates (5+ years) with established referral networks and a proven track record of revenue generation
n• Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
n• Industry awareness: Technical knowledge of closing process.
n• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
n• Strong written and verbal skills to keep agents, buyers, sellers, and all other parties up to date with the process and work with them to resolve issues. Nice to Haves:
n• Existing client base, referral network, or established industry relationships.
n• Experience growing escrow volume through business development and relationship management.
nExperience managing a high-volume escrow desk.
