Our title insurance agency is known for its high level of customer service, and a friendly approach to the title business, so we are seeking a candidate with a great attitude and outgoing personality.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and maintain good customer and vendor relationships
* Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction
* Work with other title companies on split closings
* Generating real estate closing documents
* Knowledge of TRID guidelines including CD preparation
* Review and understand purchase agreements
* Review and satisfy all conditions required for closing
* Strong computer skills
Certifications and Skills that set an applicant apart:
* Knowledge of Qualia
* Title Producers license
* Notary Public
