Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a trusted leader in title and escrow services, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional, personalized support to residential and commercial clients. This company offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, contributing to the growth and success of real estate investments.The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.Soliciting new business opportunities.Leading the team and providing support to senior management.Specific qualifications for the position include:A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Escrow Officer.Ability to handle a resale transaction from beginning to end.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.College education is preferred.Pay Rate Range: $60000 per year.
