Responsible for maintaining an active Escrow License, the full-time Texas Licensed Escrow Officer will ensure compliance with Texas Department of Insurance regulations while reviewing documents, processing transactions, and communicating with legal and management teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Maintain Escrow License and ensure compliance with TDI regulations Review commitments, T-64 affidavits, policies, deposits, and disbursements for accuracy and authorization Initiate wire transfers and print checks while monitoring audit-related correspondence Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred 5+ years of experience in the closing and/or funding department with a title or escrow company TX Escrow License and completion of on-site Management training preferred Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred Strong customer service skills required
