Escrow Officer OpportunityWe have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a trusted leader in title and escrow services, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional, personalized support to residential and commercial clients. This company offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, contributing to the growth and success of real estate investments.The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.Soliciting new business opportunities.Directing the team and supporting senior management.Specific qualifications for the position include :A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.The capability to manage a resale transaction from beginning to end.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.A college education is preferred.Pay Rate Range : $30000 annually.
