Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, federal, state, and local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine processes for accurate and timely processing of title, scheduling, closing preparations, closings, and post-closing activities.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by actively monitoring customer feedback through CQE and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution related to escrow transactions.
  • Prepare, manage, and optimize departmental budgets with a focus on expense control and revenue growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RESPA guidelines, title and settlement regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Stay informed about competitors' products, services, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote community involvement and convey Pulte's values and culture through active participation in division and community events.
  • Act as a liaison among all parties involved in escrow transactions to facilitate smooth closings and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Handle all aspects of escrow and settlement closeouts, ensuring All Funds Statutes and Good Funds regulations are followed.
  • Review escrow quality assurance reports, resolve outstanding issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications/licenses as mandated by state/federal agencies.
  • Licensing: Notary Public license if required by State.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of escrow operations experience, with a strong understanding of RESPA regulations and underwriting guidelines.
    • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of title and settlement procedures, compliance standards, and escrow accounting practices.
    • Proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage high-volume transactions efficiently.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and familiarity with SoftPro is a plus.
