We’re hiring an Escrow Manager to lead operations for a growing escrow company in Irvine.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a team, managing high‑volume transactions, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings from open to close.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor escrow team (officers + assistants)
- Oversee daily operations and file flow
- Ensure compliance with DFPI regulations
- Step in on complex deals and client escalations
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Active DFPI Escrow License (required)
- 10+ years escrow experience
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of CA escrow processes
- Ability to handle volume + keep things moving
