Real Estate Closer/ProcessorWe are seeking a detail-oriented closer/processor to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in title, escrow, or mortgage processing and can manage multiple transactions efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare closing documents for real estate transactionsCoordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closingsVerify the accuracy of loan and title documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulationsFacilitate funding, disbursements, and recording of closing documentsCommunicate with clients and other parties to provide updates and resolve any closing-related issuesMaintain organized and accurate records for all transactionsEnsure all closing conditions are met before finalizing the transactionRequirementsMinimum of two years of experience in closing, title processing, or mortgage processingFamiliarity with title insurance, escrow procedures, or loan closing processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlinesProficiency in closing and title software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or QualiaExcellent communication and customer service skills
