Escrow ClerkTriad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Escrow Clerk to join our growing team.The Escrow Insurance Processor will process incoming mail by scanning the insurance documents into the system and creating a task in the MSP system. Other duties will include, but may not be limited to: typing and mailing letters; calling and emailing insurance agents and borrowers; interpreting insurance policies and loan documents; maintaining accurate records; preparing and utilizing reports; and company policies and proceduresEssential Functions:Post refunds to escrow accountsMake disbursements from escrow accountsOpen and scan incoming mailCall insurance companies and agentsAssist borrowers via email or phoneProcess yearly and or interim escrow analysisCalling tax collectors or navigating county websitesAnswer general insurance claim questions according to the policy and procedureLogging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSPMinimum Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions givenMust be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPMExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook+)Prior mortgage experience requiredPhysical Demand:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneAble to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to physically type
