Escrow Assistant

Escrow AssistantJoin our Eagle team and support an outstanding Escrow Officer in a fun, welcoming office with a strong team culture. In this role, you'll provide customer service and administrative support throughout the escrow closing process, primarily for residential transactions. You'll help keep closings organized and moving forward while working alongside teammates who support one another and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.

This is an in-office position, five days per week, in Eagle, Idaho.Essential FunctionsPerforms wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homesCreates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflowResponds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issuesCommunicates information to responsible partiesMay train / provide guidance to less experienced team membersMay assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer serviceKnowledge and Skills/Technology UsedBroad experience with escrow transactionsStrong customer service skillsProblem solving skillsStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of MS Office suiteExcellent verbal/written communication skillsAble to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all timesStrong detail orientationAbility to analyze, compare, interpret and process dataStrong knowledge of company and/or client operating systemsTypical EducationHigh School diploma or equivalentTypical Range of Experience4+ years experience directly related experienceNeeds proficiency in more complicated residential transactionsPay Range: $16.63 - $22.18 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
