We're looking for an Escrow Assistant to support our Anchorage escrow team and help keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening to closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office, client interaction, problem-solving, and being part of a team that plays a key role in the real estate process.What You'll DoYou'll provide administrative and transaction support to Escrow Officers, helping prepare files, gather information, coordinate documents, communicate with clients and partners, and support timely, accurate closings.You'll also:Open and maintain escrow filesAssist with document preparation and file organizationCommunicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teamsCollect, review, and track required documents and informationHelp coordinate signing appointments and closing timelinesAssist with title, lender, and escrow requirementsSupport funding, recording, and post-closing activitiesMaintain accurate records and follow company proceduresProvide friendly, professional service to clients and partnersHelp the team stay organized, responsive, and deadline-focusedWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, banking, administrative, or customer service experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional, client-focused approachComfort working with confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systemsTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where neededWhy Join Us?As an Escrow Assistant, you'll be at the center of the closing process and gain valuable hands-on experience in the title and escrow industry.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly
