Escrow Analysis Representative

Assisting in the analysis and reporting of escrow accounts, the full-time Escrow Analysis Representative I will review errors, validate loan-level stops, and audit escrow shortages while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Review and research errors from mass analysis exceptions reports Audit escrow shortages under $2,000 and process requests for interim and annual analysis Communicate with necessary departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 1-year previous loan servicing experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently under strict deadlines Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
