ES&H Technical AnalystThe ES&H Technical Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining Environmental, Safety, and Health data to support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves supporting incident investigations, managing ES&H databases, preparing technical reports, and assisting in risk assessment and safety program development to enhance workplace safety performance.Requirement/Must Have:Strong experience in ES&H, safety, or environmental program support.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and safety performance tracking.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and ES&H frameworks.Experience supporting incident investigations and corrective action tracking.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.Experience:5–8 years of relevant ES&H experience, or 9–12 years of related work experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental, Safety, Health, or related field.Experience in construction, mining, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments preferred.Experience in safety analytics, reporting, and investigation support preferred.Exposure to Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and maintain ES&H data and reporting systems.Manage incident tracking databases, audit findings, and corrective actions.Perform statistical analysis to identify safety trends and improvement opportunities.Support incident investigations and prepare detailed investigation reports.Assist with risk assessments, mitigation planning, and monitoring activities.Develop and maintain ES&H programs, systems, and procedures.Support employee training, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance programs.Prepare technical reports, communications, and documentation.Support process improvement initiatives including Six Sigma and Craft Based Leadership (CBL).Assist ES&H field and office teams with technical and regulatory support.Should Have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis tasks.Good presentation and stakeholder communication skills.Skills:ES&H compliance and safety management.Incident investigation and corrective action tracking.Data analysis and statistical reporting.Risk assessment and mitigation planning.Process improvement methodologies.Microsoft Office Suite.SharePoint and ES&H database management.Adobe Suite and technical publishing tools.Training development and learning systems.Regulatory compliance and documentation.
