Responsibilities
- Working closely with the CFO and leadership team to assess and simplify current processes and systems
- Conducting a structured assessment of the existing Great Plains environment, SQL-based WMS, and custom applications
- Identifying what is business‑critical vs. legacy complexity or technical debt
- Bringing structure and governance to current development practices (internal and offshore)
- Improving visibility, reporting, and data consistency across operations and finance
- Supporting a clear roadmap for future ERP strategy (BC / Acumatica / NetSuite)
- Helping prepare the organization for longer‑term scalability, automation, and AI enablement
- Familiarity with warehouse, reverse logistics, or supply chain heavy environments
