ERP Transformation Business Analyst / Senior ERP Transformation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, analyze end-to-end business processes, identify interdependencies, and assess their impact on ERP implementation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably with SAP implementations.


• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including:
  
  
  
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  
  
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  
  
  • Supply Chain
  
  


• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience in PMO activities, reporting, and governance.


• Ability to map process dependencies and evaluate transformation risks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process automation initiatives.


• Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and discussions with senior business stakeholders.


• Analyze business processes and identify cross-functional dependencies.


• Assess how process interdependencies may impact the ongoing ERP transformation program.


• Provide insights and recommendations to support successful implementation.
