We are seeking an experienced ERP Test Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across large-scale ERP implementations in North America. This role is ideal for a strong Test Coordinator or Test Lead who can confidently manage end-to-end testing cycles while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage defect tracking, resolution workflows, and quality reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Ensure testing milestones, documentation, and release timelines are met.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in ERP testing environments
- SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple testing streams in complex programs
