ERP Systems AnalystJPC Partners is looking for an ERP Systems Analyst that will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless implementation of ERP software, integration, and optimization of current software solutions, and design and development of reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel Power Query, SQL, and other similar technologies. The Systems Analyst will take a lead role in assisting the IT Manager in providing user training and support, monitoring system performance, and continuously improving processes to drive business value.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that leverage ERP, reporting, and Power BI capabilities effectively.Coordinates project plans and implementation strategies with project members.Assesses the feasibility of the project and identifies its requirements – resources, assets, capital to be utilized, etc. and analyze the scope, and other factors that would determine the efficiency of the project.Assist with implementation of ERP system to meet business requirements and integrate with legacy systems.Develop and maintain reports using various reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel Power Query, SQL, and similar technologies based on user requirements.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ERP, reporting, and analytics ecosystem to drive business value and efficiency.Assesses and documents each phase of the project in a detailed manner.Trains people according to the needs of the project and sets long-term as well as short-term goals respective to the project.Maintains a detailed overview of the project and its developments at each stage and reports them to the IT Manager.Qualifications2+ years of programming experience and software development skillsSolid understanding of the technical aspects related to IT projectsExperience with ERP implementationsWorking knowledge of ERP and warehouse automation systemsWorking knowledge of Power BI, Excel Power Query, SQL, and similar technologiesStrong oral, written and interpersonal skills required2-year college degree or equivalent technical study
