Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.The OpportunityThe ERP Systems Administrator will provide technical expertise across the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, supporting the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise ERP solutions and integrated systems.This role partners closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and Oracle support teams to ensure the platform effectively supports evolving business operations.You will report directly to the ERP & System Integrations Manager and play a key role in maintaining system stability, security, and continuous improvement across multiple environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion Cloud AdministrationAdminister and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud pillars including HCM, SCM, ERP, and EPM across DEV, TEST, and PROD environmentsSupport system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing platform optimizationCoordinate system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations following Oracle best practicesManage environment refreshes, cloning, and configuration migrationsPerformance & OperationsMonitor system performance, scheduled processes, and platform availabilityTroubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidentsCoordinate with Oracle Cloud Operations and Support to resolve issues efficientlySupport cutover activities and go-live initiativesSecurity & Access ManagementManage user provisioning, security roles, and access controlsMaintain segregation of duties (SoD) and support internal and external auditsImplement security best practices aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud standardsSupport identity integrations including SSO and Azure ADRelease & Change ManagementPlan and coordinate Oracle quarterly and monthly updatesReview Oracle release documentation and assess business impactValidate functionality and security post-updateMaintain change management controls and environment governanceDocumentation & CollaborationMaintain system documentation, configurations, and operational runbooksProvide technical guidance to IT teams and business usersCollaborate with application teams, DBAs, vendors, and project teams to support enhancements and implementationsRequired Experience & SkillsStrong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including:Finance (ERP)Human Capital Management (HCM)Supply Chain (SCM)Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Experience administering multiple Oracle Fusion environmentsKnowledge of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controlsExperience managing quarterly Oracle release cyclesStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesUnderstanding of ERP applications supporting Finance, HR, Payroll, and ProcurementFamiliarity with ITIL or service management frameworksExperience with Microsoft SQL Server technologiesUnderstanding of application architecture, system design, and integrationStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsAdditional experience with the following is beneficial:Rookery ConfigSnapshotIdentity management integrationsVirtualization technologiesBasic networking conceptsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field5+ years of experience administering Oracle systems or enterprise ERP platformsExperience supporting enterprise-scale ERP environmentsKnowledge of relational database management systemsPrior experience supporting enterprise technology implementationsValid Florida Driver's LicenseHighly PreferredExperience with Infor Lawson ERPKnowledge of SRM and Global HR modulesJoin a large organization investing heavily in modernization?
